Henry Lee of Fremont died April 19, at the age of 74. He was born Aug 19, 1935 in Oakland, CA to Ah Wing and Gim Ho Lee. He was raised in Oakland graduating from Oakland High in June, 1954. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany, 1958-1960 and was recalled to active duty in 1962 because of the Berlin crisis. In 1963, Henry worked as an assistant manager in the National Dollar Stores located in Modesto, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Later, he became a draftsman for the Teledyne Corp. in Mountain View and Sacramento. After his retirement, he settled in Fremont. He is survived by his sister Nyla, brother Andy (Shirley), and nephews Erik, Brannon, Jordan and Adam (Joanne). Services will be held Tuesday, May 4 at 11am, Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Ave., Oakland. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Oakland.
