Bernard Paul Sarmiento, 58 passed Thursday following a stay in the hospital. Born in Stockton, Ca. and raised in Oakland he then left for 11 years service in the Army. He then moved to El Paso where he has spent the last 30 years. He is survived by his 2 daughters Kimm Sarmiento of El Paso, Nichole Sanchez of San Diego, and 4 granddaughters Noemi, Mahlia, Netalie, and Amanda-Jo, mother Margaret and brothers Frank and Ray and He has followed his son Kenneth and father Frank Sr. in death.
