Stafford Cecil Daniels, Jr.
October 22, 1925 - June 26, 2014

Stafford passed away peacefully on June 26, 2014 at the age of 88. He was the beloved husband to Marjorie Daniels, and father to sons Stafford III, Marc, Brion, and Stephen. He is survived by his younger brother, George Daniels, his sons, and many grandchildren.

Stafford was born in St. Louis, MO. He served in the Navy during WWII, and moved to CA after being honorably discharged. He soon settled down in the Bay Area, and eventually made Oakland his home. In Oakland he was a Biology/Advanced Biology teacher, rowing coach and dean at Oakland High School, and later assistant principal at Skyline High where he retired.

He enjoyed photography, sports, barbecues, camping at Yosemite, arts & crafts, music, and traveling, especially to countries where he could practice his Spanish. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 14, at 11:00 AM at St Benedict's Catholic Church, 2245 82nd Ave, Oakland, CA.
